ALESSANDRO SAFINA
The latest album of Alessandro Safina released 17 Apr 2007.
With his third album, Sognami, Alessandro Safina is set to re-establish his position as a leading contempory male vocalist. The Italian vocal virtuoso is already well-known as an opera soloist (La Bohème), a respected guest in Hollywood (Moulin Rouge), a musical interpreter (Phantom Of The Opera), and as a duet-partner with Elton John (UK-Top 5-Hit “Your Song”).
Sognami is full of wonderful songs - a mixture of Venetian flair and Chanson, Belcanto and Latin flavour – held together by his unmistakable timbre and the delicate musical atmosphere. John Denver's “Annies Song” and Charles Aznavour's “Tout Les Visages De L'Amour” are two examples of the wide musical spectrum covered on Sognami.
